UPS status and logging The console server can monitor the status of serially connected or USB connected or network connected Managed UPSes, and the status of any configured Remote UPSes (i.e. UPSes that are managed by remote console servers). You can also log this status locally on the console server or remotely.
Refer Network UPS Tools for more info on the UPS management tools embedded in the console servers. Note: You can also log user connections to the UPS by enabling the appropriate logging level in the Serial & Network: Serial Port menu (for serially connected UPSes) or in the Serial & Network: Network Hosts menu (for network connected UPSes).
