Default TCP Ports for serial ports access The default base TCP Ports used for accessing serial ports on the console server are: 2000 Telnet (i.e. 2001 to 2048 on CM4048) 3000 SSH 4000 RAW TCP 5000 RFC-2217 System: Services options in Version 2.0.9 (and later) firmware also enables the Administrator to set alternate base ranges for these services. These alternate ranges will then be used in addition to the defaults.
SDTConnector uses the following TCP Ports when forwarding RDP and VNC traffic from the local LAN through to serial ports on the console server : 73XX RDP over serial from local LAN – where XX is the serial port number (i.e. 7301 to 7348 on CM4148) 79XX VNC over serial from local LAN – where XX is the serial port number SDT also uses the standard SSH Port 22 for all tunneled communications to the console server. The tunneled traffic is then port-forward to the following LAN Ports: 23 Telnet 80 HTTP 3389 RDP 5900 VNC |
