How to Submit a Feature Request
- 1. Log in to the Opengear Customer Portal. Visit https://portal.opengear.com and sign in with your existing account.
- 2. Navigate to Create a Case. Click on Cases in the top navigation bar. Then select Create a Case.
- 3. Describe your request. Include a clear description of the feature and how it would support your workflow, deployment, or use case.
- 4. Submit the request. Upon submission of your Feature Enhancement Request, the Product team will review the details, follow up with any questions, and share workarounds or feasibility information when available.
